Shri Rameshwar Dubey is an accomplished professional with over three decades of experience in productivity enhancement, industrial engineering, human resource development, and organizational improvement.

He began his career as a Mechanical Engineer and Resident Engineer in private sector organizations before joining the National Productivity Council (NPC) in 1985. Over the years, he has served in several leadership roles across NPC’s regional and national offices.
