Nimish Kumar Baranwal is a Fellow Chartered Accountant with more than 20 years of experience in professional practice. A commerce graduate and member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, he became an Associate Chartered Accountant in October 2006 and was elevated to Fellow Chartered Accountant in December 2011.
He has worked as a partner at Kumar Piyush & Co., Chartered Accountants since 2011 and is also the proprietor of Nimish Baranwal & Co. Over the years, he has built strong expertise in bank audits, stock audits, due diligence, statutory and regular audits, along with extensive experience in company law matters, particularly in filing charges with the Registrar of Companies across India and preparing search and status reports for banks.
Mr. Baranwal also has substantial experience in Income Tax and GST matters, as well as in representing cases before the Company Law Board, including petitions under Sections 17 and 141. In addition, he has developed expertise in international taxation and transfer pricing audits.
Known for his strong professional grounding and practical approach, he has led and supported a multidisciplinary team that includes chartered accountancy, company secretarial, and other professional staff. Based in New Delhi, he continues to serve clients across a wide range of financial, taxation, audit, and regulatory matters.
