From 1985 to 2013, Anil held middle to senior management roles with leading OEMs and ancillary
manufacturing companies. Since 2013, he has focused exclusively on implementing TOC to drive
measurable improvements in throughput, productivity, operational flow, and profitability
across diverse manufacturing environments.
Anil focuses on identifying the real constraint — often hidden behind long-held assumptions,
legacy systems, or siloed thinking. His methodology combines shopfloor observation, flow analysis,
